Uninterrupted Daily Time with God
Want to have a relationship with someone? The one key success for growth of the relationship is time spent together. Same applies with have a relationship with God. The most important part of life is your relationship with the God who created you.
I started Morning Quarters years ago as a reminder and platform for spending time with God. It was the daily practice, just like the practice in the military of showing up for quarters or formation. To say “present” and get the “word” of the day.
It’s during the focused time that God speaks to us by letting us know who He is, how much He loves us, and where do we need to grow. God defines his Truth in his word, and as we read that truth shine light into our life.
Finally, the prayers, our words and thoughts, towards him give us an opportunity to hear what we feel and think, and helps us to praise the one who created all things and keeps them in motion.
