Armor of God
Eph. 6 – Putting on The Armor of God.
“For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the cosmic powers over this present darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places.” Ephesians 6:12
Such a great example that’s applicable to both work life and our spiritual life. Daily gearing up for battle against the enemy.
This isn’t training. This is the real deal with an enemy who is out to destroy and kill, our unseen enemy.
To me, it highlights the importance of spending Daily Uninterrupted time with God. For me to survive, it has to be one of the first things I do in the morning,otherwise, I’m already distracted by the daily fires of life and work.
This is one of the main Scriptures in the War Room tab. Why? Because we are at war, and we need daily reminders of the real enemy who is trying to steal our life.
God, I pray that we are able to spend Uninterrupted time with you. To connect, hear your voice, and know more about your Commanders intent. To learn more about you and what tools we have to use to push back the enemy and take ground. I pray for protection for your people and those who follow you. I pray for those who don’t know you and that they are able to encounter someone who love you.
